Manly Kayak Centre proudly runs all Fitness and Yoga classes in collaboration with flow mOcean .
90 or 120 minutes (depending on class)


$35 per class or $30 with your Fitness Card (10 pass)  


Instructor, kayak/SUP, paddle, life vest
What to bring
Paddling clothes (rashie, board shorts, hat)
Drinking water 
Sunscreen and towel 
Old running shoes and small towel for kayak fitness
Thermal top, wind breaker (on cold days)
Dry change of clothes for after the paddle
Yoga mat or large towel for kayak yoga classes

Kayak Fitness - All year round
Kayak Fitness classes involve a full body work out with a mixture of the basic skills of kayaking and paddling techniques as well as core, cardio and strength building beach plyometrics and endurance training.
Kayak Yoga - Summer months
Kayak Yoga classes offer basic paddling with a blend of yoga techniques and stretching movements providing you with core strength, energy and a revitalized feeling. All kayak yoga classes have moved indoors for the winter months! Please visit the winter yoga page for more details     
SUP Yoga - Summer months

Just when you thought yoga couldn't get any more fun! If you've rocked your downward dog in the studio and you're ready to test your balance and strength, come try a Stand up Paddle Board yoga class. Deepen your practice, connect with the ocean, and have more fun than ever before
Foundations of Kayak Fitness & Yoga - Summer months
This class is designed for everyone new to kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, but is keen to give it a go! Key kayaking and paddle boarding technique will be broken down for a much slower paced class. Enjoy a cruisy kayak session for 60 minutes followed by a 30 minute stand up paddle board lesson; preparing you for our more advanced classes. Highly recommended for first timers.
