Manly Kayak Centre proudly runs ladies-only Sunrise SUP paddles in collaboration with She SUPs. She SUPs is a female-focused stand-up paddleboarding community focused on empowering women and girls through SUP adventures. She SUPs also offers private couples (all genders) Sunrise SUP experiences on request.
Sunrise SUP Club
Join a group of ocean-loving local paddlers for an hour of calm paddling and nature spotting as the sun rises over Manly. Paddlers should arrive at 6:10am to be on the water for 6:15am. Spend a relaxing 60 mins on the water looking out for other early risers such as dolphins, seals, turtles and little penguins! She SUPs always make sure to be back by 7:15am so you have plenty of time to shower, change and head to work.
She SUPs encourage paddlers to join their small group of regulars! Catch up as the sun rises, and take some time for yourself before a busy day ahead. ALL abilities welcome. This is a great paddle for beginners to build up their confidence as the water is so quiet and calm.
A 60-minute Sunrise SUP is $45pp however we also provide the option of buying a multi-pass to save some $$!

What to bring
- Paddling clothes (rashie, shorts, sunhat, swimmers underneath)
- Drinking water
- Sunscreen and towel
- Thermal top, windbreaker (on cold days)
- Dry change of clothes for after the paddle
