Embrace Nature’s Gym: Kayak & Beach Fitness Adventures Await!
At Manly Kayak Centre, we’re thrilled to bring you exhilarating fitness classes in collaboration with Chocolate Fitness.
Classes offer an invigorating blend of activities including kayaking drills, sprints, sand running, circuits, and full-body plyometrics. Each session promises a new challenge, catering to all fitness levels and allowing you to work at your own pace.
*All participants must be able to swim 150m
Format of Manly Fitness Class:
- 25-30 minutes: Paddle from Manly Sealife Sanctuary to Q Station Beach
- 35-45 minutes: High-intensity beach workout session
- 25-30 minutes: Scenic paddle back through the harbour to base
What to Bring:
- Paddling attire (rashie, board shorts, hat)
- Drinking water
- Sunscreen
- Old running shoes and a small towel for kayak fitness
- Thermal top, windbreaker (for colder days)
- Dry change of clothes and towel for after the paddle
