Kayak Fitness Classes in Manly Beach

Manly Kayak Centre proudly runs all fitness classes in collaboration with Chocolate Fitness.

Classes are always a fresh blend of kayaking drills and sprints, sand running and exercises, circuits, and full-body plyometrics. Expect to be challenged with something new every session and to work at your own pace, no matter your level of fitness.

Manly Fitness Class Format:

  • 25-30-minute paddle from Manly Sealife Sanctuary to Q Station Beach
  • 35-45-minute high-intensity beach workout session
  • 25-30-minute scenic paddle back through the harbour to base

What to bring

  • Paddling clothes (rashie, board shorts, hat)
  • Drinking water
  • Sunscreen and towel
  • Old running shoes and small towel for kayak fitness
  • Thermal top, wind breaker (on cold days)
  • Dry change of clothes for after the paddle
